MUAY THAI (ALL LEVELS)

Attending this Muay Thai class is a great way to learn Muay Thai combat techniques using fists, elbows, knees and shins while enjoying a great workout at the same time.
Thai Rush focuses on a variety of physical routines and activities such as: jumping rope, shadowboxing, push ups and sit-ups.
Providing both an aerobic and anaerobic workout. This class is a great way to get rid of stubborn fat, build a stronger musculature, improve flexibility and a great stress reliever.
BOXING (ALL LEVELS)
Our boxing coaches will lead you through boxing fundamentals such as stance, basic punches/combinations, footwork and defense. Outside of the fundamentals, you will get an excellent workout through drills and exercises developed to improve stamina and muscular endurance. This will also benefit those who are looking to build a strong foundation for boxing.
BOX & BURN
This is an intense and fast paced boxing class which combines H.I.I.T - High Intensity Interval Training and boxing drills. Which includes footworks, rounds of different punches and combos and exercises followed by short recovery periods. This will burn fat in less time by keeping your heart rate up.
